Effective self-care includes the need to clean and balance life energy to remove blockages in our natural flow. The ancient systems of Meditation and Chinese energy medicine (Qigong) were created to do just that. Taken together, they nourish, balance and energise the body, mind and soul to support on-going health and vitality.

With 20+ years experience teaching various forms of meditation, Arisa draws on expertise with breath, qigong, mindfulness, focus, movement, mantras, chanting, relaxation, self healing, laughing, sensate and visualisations to support you to discover what best works for you.
What is Qigong?
Qigong (chee-goong) is a 5,000 year old practice that works with the energy of your vital life-force (qi) in ways that support you to heal, balance and harmonise body, mind and heart.
Arisa calls on the teachings of Qigong Master Robert Peng to guide you through a series of gentle practises using posture, breath, movement and meditation.
